Moon Jar Workshop | Jan. 11
Moon Jar Workshop | Jan. 11
January 11 | Saturday | 10 am - 3 pm | Pound Ridge, NY
Learn the fundamental techniques of building vessels with your hands and simple tools, incorporating the process of creating a traditional Korean moon jar. From this simple yet foundational form, many other possibilities can emerge.
Optional decorative elements can be added, and a selection of glazes will be available for you to choose during the workshop. After your pieces have dried and gone through a bisque firing, they will be glazed and fired. Finished pieces will be ready for pick-up at a later date, with delivery available for an additional fee.
Enjoy a light lunch and refreshments, and feel free to bring a snack to share.
